Staff was nice, and the hotel had a pizza restaurant across the street which we really loved.

We had a great time. The room was really modern looking and spotless. It was cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff was very helpful and understanding at all times. The location is great, there are plenty of nice coffee shops (including the coffee they are serving at the hotel itself), delicious restaurants- both for traditional Turkish food and international one. The neighborhood is quiet and far from the touristy mess.

Very nice hotel, good location, city transport stations nearby - 5 minutes walking distance. Everyday room cleaning was organised and provided. Free indoor car parking is available in a 20 metre distance from the hotel. For me, the biggest advantage in this hotel is its staff and especially m-r Vedat and m-r Sabo, who were at the reception. Those two extremely polite, educated and useful guys are always at your disposal, ready to help you with everything that you need. It was a pleasure for us to communicate and interact with them. Definitely I would recommend staying in this hotel!

The location of the hotel is situated in a very nice area that is accessible to all important landmarks. Also, it was very close to Nisantasi area which is famous for its elegant and well known stores and shops. It is great value for money, clean and tidy and the free coffee in the morning was huge plus! T The team at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful going the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Mr Vedat was the one who welcomed us with a friendly and sincere vibe and was super helpful when it came to anything regarding our stay in Istanbul. I also have to thank Ms Hajjar who made sure our trip back home as well as our stay were well-organized, she took care of all details. :) I totally recommend this hotel.

I would like to start by saying that stayso is a wonderful hotel. I had great experience and enjoyed my time there. Comparing with other 3 stars hotel it considered as top rank. Pros Supper friendly staff, Clean hotel, not far from metro and center of sisli. Cons Taking your bags to and from your room specially when you do shopping like we did and end up with heavy bags as the hotel entrance has some stairs toward the elevator .. Pros having said that the staffs there were very helpful. It is just the structure of the hotel. Pros Although having coffee in the morning is normal thing but hotel staff greeting you in the morning with your special cup of coffee add great value. Cons The rout to Main Street is with slope in it, kind of difficult for elderly. That is from hotel to street as the way for coming back is from up to down☺️, we enjoyed racing toward hotel Cons Hotel provide parking area for your car, however it is far from the hotel, Pros Mr. Sabah was very kind and helpful to reserve a parking for me in front of the hotel.
