I would like to start by saying that stayso is a wonderful hotel. I had great experience and enjoyed my time there. Comparing with other 3 stars hotel it considered as top rank. Pros Supper friendly staff, Clean hotel, not far from metro and center of sisli. Cons Taking your bags to and from your room specially when you do shopping like we did and end up with heavy bags as the hotel entrance has some stairs toward the elevator .. Pros having said that the staffs there were very helpful. It is just the structure of the hotel. Pros Although having coffee in the morning is normal thing but hotel staff greeting you in the morning with your special cup of coffee add great value. Cons The rout to Main Street is with slope in it, kind of difficult for elderly. That is from hotel to street as the way for coming back is from up to down☺️, we enjoyed racing toward hotel Cons Hotel provide parking area for your car, however it is far from the hotel, Pros Mr. Sabah was very kind and helpful to reserve a parking for me in front of the hotel. Many many thanks Stayso hotel.

The location of the hotel is situated in a very nice area that is accessible to all important landmarks. Also, it was very close to Nisantasi area which is famous for its elegant and well known stores and shops. It is great value for money, clean and tidy and the free coffee in the morning was huge plus! T The team at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful going the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Mr Vedat was the one who welcomed us with a friendly and sincere vibe and was super helpful when it came to anything regarding our stay in Istanbul. I also have to thank Ms Hajjar who made sure our trip back home as well as our stay were well-organized, she took care of all details. :) I totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel was incredibly pleasant, with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The breakfast was massive, at least for myself, and the staff did an amazing job catering to my dietary preferences, for which I am super grateful. I want to express my gratitude to Vedat and Erhan for their care, understanding, and support. They represent the staff that is, in my opinion, among the friendliest I have experienced in a long time and I am grateful to all of them. My stay in Istanbul was for personal reasons, with my partner undergoing surgery at a local hospital, the hotel and staff made the experience that much more tolerable. Teşekkürler!

The hotel is located in a nice cosy building with modern fresh design. Neighborhood is calm, about 8 min walk to Osmanbey metro station. The staff is very polite and helpful, and we wanted to pass special gratitude to Erhan and staff supervisor. upon our request the hotel booked a taxi service to meet us at the airport. and tended to our every request. facility is very clean, the hotel also treated guest with free tea and/or coffee and especially if you check in late and check out early, that extra treat is very much appreciated. We also got a free room upgrade, that was very jive surprise from the hotel

Lovely, cozy and friendly hotel The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. The room was very pleasant, cozy and clean, and had all amenities. Delicious coffee and tea are offered free of charge until 15:00. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful, especially Erhan, not just on check-in and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again when i am back in Istanbul
